You  only need to enable the field Is Group is Yes, and then both the menu and sub-menu items will be displayed in the same level.Â

Navigate “Sub Menu” -> Click “Edit” -> Enable “Is Group” to “Yes”. After that, click “Update” before “Save & Edit”
Then both the menu and sub-menu items will be displayed.
Note: Always remember to click “Update” before “Save & Edit”. If not, maybe your change lost.Â
