Step 1. Please go to Magento admin panel > Select Marketing Tab > Click Newsletter template
Step 2. Create newsletter template by clicking on  “Add New Template” button
Step 3. In the Template content >Â Add the below source code

Where newsletter.jpg is your image URL.
Step 4. Please don’t forget to click on ” Save template ” to save the changes
